PLEASE READ THE FOLLIWING BEFORE USE
•Before using your Steam Station carefully read these usage instructions.
•Before connecting the Steam Station to the mains make sure that the current is the same as indicated for
the machine and that the plug is an earthed plug.
•Do not put any detergent or chemical substance in the tank.
Water by its nature contains magnesium, mineral salts and other deposits which in hard water areas can
contribute to lime scale build up in the tank. To avoid these problems, it is necessary to swill out with tap
water and empty the generator tank after every 3 or 4 uses.In very hard water areas we recommend the use
of Vinegar Solution (75%water+25%vinegar) to clean the tank.
•Do not refill the tank while it is still hot, allow it to cool down for a few minutes before refilling.
• The plug of the supply cord must be removed from the socket-outlet before the water reservoir is filled
with water.
•Never empty the Steam Station when the water inside the generator tank is still hot.
•Do not place the appliance in water or in any other liquids.
•Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet whilst the appliance is connected do the mains.
•Never leave the appliance unattended whilst it is connected to the mains.
•Do not allow the Steam Station to be used by children or by people who are not familiar with the usage
instructions.
•We recommend that the appliance be disconnected from the mains whenever it is not in use.
•Do not leave the appliance exposed to wind or rain.
•Do not lay the hot appliance on surfaces sensitive to heat.
•Do not use electric extension leads that are not authorized by the manufactrer, as they may cause damage
or fire.
•Never direct the jet of steam towards small particles of debris without firest protecting the user's eyes.
.The filling aperture must not be opened during use
.The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
. W hen placing the iron on its stand, ensure that the surface on which the stand is placed is stable.
. The iron is not to used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
. Only used on the horizontal table or desk.
. The user must not leave the iron unattended while connected to the supply
. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety
. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance
