11.1.2. Zero Injection Configuration.
The SLC Energy Manager device performs the measurements and
sends the regulation instructions to the generation elements.
For regulation:
The device will regulate by real power.
•
To guarantee non-injection in any of the phases, the regulator
•
will take the minimum value (real power) of the three phases.
The regulator uses Split-Range PI Controller with Feed forward
•
control via an adjustable injection limit:
When the reading does not exceed the injection limit, the
regulator output sets a slow PI value to the plant.
When the reading exceeds the injection limit, the regulator
output sets a fast PI value to the plant, to quickly exit the
injection zone.
To activate or deactivate self-consumption without surpluses (UNE
217001 standard), follow the steps below:

state, wait for an approximate time of 1 to 2 minutes.
If it is not configured correctly, repeat the process.
11.1.3. All-or-nothing surplus manager
The SLC Energy Manager device enables dynamic management of
the energy fed into the grid by activating/deactivating Relay 2.
Relay 2 is for generic use. It can be used to activate loads of up to
1.5 kW or to control other devices connected in cascade.
To set up the Surplus Manager, follow these steps:
During the configuration time between Enabled-Disabled
and vice versa, the device will remain in the Configuring
configuration.
Relay 2 has one normally open (NO) and one normally
closed (NC) contact.
