Energy is its power! The M-ENERGY is the power kite from the
Magic series. It enjoys pulling pilots out of their shoes. The M-
ENERGY gives no time for a rest; it is a sport kite for advanced pilots.
Energy ist seine Stärke. Der M-ENERGY ist der Powerdrachen der
Magic-Serie. Er mag es den Piloten aus den Schuhen zu hebeln. Der
M-ENERGY läßt keine Zeit zum verweilen, er ist ein Sportgerät für
geübte Piloten.
L'énergie est sa force! Le M-ENERGY est le cerf-volant de traction
de la classe M. Il aime tracter des pilotes sans leur laisser le temps de
réfléchir. C'est un cerf-volant pour pilotes avertis.
To achieve its dynamic flying characteristics, the sail of the M-
ENERGY is spread with a combination of standoffs and sail battens.
Read the following assembly instructions carefully before your first
flight.
Um ein druckvolles Flugverhalten zu erzielen, ist das Segel des M-
ENRGY mit einer Kombination aus Standoff und Segellatte aufgespannt.
Lesen Sie folgende Aufbauanleitung vor dem Flug sorgfältig durch.
Afin d'obtenir un comportement en vol vif la voile du M-Energy est
mise sous tension à la fois par des whiskers et des lattes. Veuillez lire
attentivement cette notice de montage.

If your kite is folded,
i.e. the rod in the leading
edge is in two pieces,
assemble it like this:
Unfold the kite so that
the leading edge is
straight. Now carefully
insert the bottom rod in
the leading edge into the
bushing of the top
leading edge rod. Figure
A shows this using an
outer bushing, figure B shows this an inner bushing.
Ist Ihr Drachen gefaltet, d.h. der Stab in der Leitkante ist geteilt,
verfahren Sie wie folgt: Falten Sie den Drachen auseinander. Die
Leitkante liegt nun gerade. Schieben Sie den unteren Stab in der Leitkante
vorsichtig in die Muffe des oberen Leitkantenstabes. Die Abb. A zeigt
die Verwendung einer Außenmuffe, die Abb. B zeigt das Schema einer
Innenmuffe.
Si votre cerf-volant est plié, cela signifie que la barre du bord d'attaque
est en deux parties, procédez comme suit: dépliez le cerf-volant. Le
bord d'attaque est désormais droit.
Placez prudemment la barre
inférieure dans le manchon de la
barre supérieure du bord d'attaque.
Le croquis A montre l'utilisation
d'un raccord externe, le croquis
B indique le schéma d'un raccord
interne.
The drawings on the flap of the HQ guide will help.
Unfold the kite.
Insert the top spreader as far as it will go into the connector on the
leading edge.
Now repeat this with the bottom spreader. The other ends of these
rods then go into the centre cross connector.
Make sure that you put the reinforced end of the rod in the
center T! (See Fig. 3)
Take care not to damage the kite sail during assembly!
Make sure the bridle is not tangled up anywhere.
Assemble the standoffs and spars as shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
Adjust the standoff connector on the bottom spreader so that it lies
vertically above the connector for the sail batten.
Now you can attach the flight lines. The best way is to use lark's
head knots over the knot adapter (see fig. 3 on the flap of the HQ
guide).
Nehmen Sie sich die Skizzen auf der Klappseite des HQ-Ratgebers zur
Hilfe:
falten Sie den Drachen auseinander.
schieben Sie die obere Querspreize so tief wie möglich in die dafür
vorgesehenen Verbinder an der Leitkante
verfahren Sie nun ebenso mit den untern Querspreizen. Die jeweils
anderen Enden dieser Stäbe gehören ins Mittelkreuz.
