device! TEXIBLE GmbH assumes no liability for material damages
and personal injuries that arise due to non-observance of the
operating instructions and especially the safety information!
TEXIBLE Wisbi is not a medical device and must not be used
®
to diagnose or treat illnesses. Ask your doctor for prevention,
diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.
The TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter must be placed under or next to
the bed in a way that there is no danger for the patient through
the cable.
Note for care workers
TEXIBLE Wisbi is a support aid for care workers and does not serve
as a replacement. TEXIBLE Wisbi must be checked for functionality
before each use.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
TEXIBLE Wisbi is free of maintenance except when the battery
needs replacement. Only tighten the screws on the battery
compartment slightly.
The following steps should be considered if the function is
restricted:

Is the bed pad correctly connected and the transmitter
switched on?
•
Is the TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter connected with the WLAN?
•
Is the transmitter battery functioning?
•
Is the bed pad free of defects?
If the mentioned points are fulfilled, but the function is still limited,
please contact the technical staff.
Note: The TEXIBLE Wisbi transmitter and the included QR code form an
encrypted paging system. Keep the QR code secure and protect it from
misuse. This ensures that only you have access to the information of your
TEXIBLE Wisbi system.
Make sure that the radio link is unobstructed. Do not mount in distribution
boxes, metal enclosures or close to large metal objects.
ATTENTION: The TEXIBLE Wisbi App cannot access the basic settings of your
mobile device. Note, therefore, that no audible alarm sounds in the silent
mode of the mobile device. Check the sound settings of the mobile device
before each use.
The mobile device requires push notifications. You can test this by putting
your mobile device into standby mode and performing a functional test.
