The engine does not start.
The fan impeller does not engage.
The engine and the fan runs but there is no suc-
tion.
The engine and the fan runs but the suction is
poor.

Troubleshooting
blows. Filter, seals, attachments, and connections are
carefully adapted and selected with regard to the
operator's work environment. Therefore, the operator
and service personnel must treat the dust extractor with
care in order for it to work correctly for many years.
Cause
There is no fuel.
There is no spark.
There is no battery power.
The ON/OFF switch is defec-
tive.
There is no cranking.
The gas wire is damaged/ has
lost connection with the engine.
The fan switch is ON.
The fuel mixture is too rich.
The clutch is worn/broken.
There is no battery power.
Damaged or not connected
electrical connections.
The hose is not connected.
The hose is clogged/blocked.
There is no plastic bag.
There is fuel leakage.
The hose is damaged.
The filter is clogged.
The top cover is loose.
There is dirt in the flap.
The filter system is wrongly as-
sembled or damaged.
Solution
Replace gas tank, check fuel
hose and regulator.
Refer to the engine service
manual.
Replace with a fully charged
battery.
Replace the ON/OFF switch.
Do a check of the fuse.
Replace the gas wire.
Switch the fan OFF.
Start the product without the
choke.
Do a check and change the
fuse if necessary.
Replace with a fully charged
battery.
Replace the electrical connec-
tions.
Connect the hose.
Clean the hose.
Install a plastic bag.
Make sure that the sealing of
the gasket on the top and the
bottom of the tank is correct.
Replace the hose.
Clean the filter/ replace the fil-
ter.
Attach the top cover.
Clean the flap.
Adjust/replace the filters.
