You can use the fondue forks (7) to dip almost anything into the warm chocolate. What about fruit, long
fingers, small pancakes or biscuits? Everything tastes delicious when it has been covered in a layer of
warm chocolate.
1. Set the switch, when the chocolate has already been melted, to position 'II.'
1. I f necessary, prick the food onto a fondue fork first. You will then not risk burning yourself on the hot
chocolate.
2. D ip the food into the liquid chocolate or hold it under the fountain.
T o more easily liquify the chocolate you could add 50 ml of unwhipped cream to 200 grams of
chocolate.

Thoroughly clean the appliance and the separate components after use.
1. T urn off the motor and the heating element and remove the plug from the plugsocket.
2. Cleaning the chocolate melting pot:
a. A llow the chocolate melting pot to cool down, but not so much that the chocolate solidifies. The
chocolate is easier to remove whilst it is still liquid.
b. T horoughly clean the inside and outside of the bowl with hot water to which a little washing-up
liquid has been added. Do NOT use scourers. Then dry them thoroughly.
U se an oven mitt when taking out the bowl when it is still warm.
3. C lean the housing of the appliance with a damp cloth, if necessary with an additional couple of drops
of washing-up liquid. After cleaning, dry the unit thoroughly.
• Do not save any chocolate that is left over for use at a later date.
• Verify that the appliance is not connected to the power supply when you clean it.
• N ever use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes)
to clean the appliance.
• Do not immerse the chocolate melting pot in water or other liquids.

guArAntee terMs

The importer guarantees the appliance against defects caused by manufacturing and/or material faults for
60 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.
1. N o charges will be made for labour costs or materials during the warranty period. Any repairs carried
out during the warranty period do not extend the warranty period.
2. T he importer automatically becomes the owner of any faulty parts that he replaces or a faulty
appliance (in the event of replacement of the appliance).
3. All claims submitted under warranty must be accompanied by the original bill of sale.
4. C laims under warranty must be submitted to the dealer where the appliance was purchased or to the
importer.
5. The warranty is issued solely to the first purchaser and cannot be transferred.
