8. DVD Operation

8.1. Inserting the DVD

To insert the DVD proceed as follows:
1. Turn on the television set.
2. Press the INPUT button on the remote control and select DVD as source.
3. Insert the DVD with the label side facing backwards slowly into the DVD
drive. It will automatically be pulled into the drive.
> The DVD will be loaded automatically.
Inserting the DVD is only possible when the television set is in
NOTE DVD mode. The DVD is pulled in automatically.
Do not use any force when inserting.
To avoid damaging the DVD, the label side of the disc must face
NOTE
towards the back.

8.2. Playing the DVD

1. Using the disc menu on the DVD, you can either start the film or choose
other options.
OR:
Press the || button on the remote control to start the film.
You can return to the disc menu by pressing the D.MENU button
NOTE on the remote control. Navigating through the disc menu is by
means of the navigation buttons on the remote control.

8.3. Ejecting the DVD

1. To eject the DVD, press the EJECT button on the control panel on the
television set or on the remote control.
Ejecting a DVD is possible only when DVD is selected as the
NOTE
input source.
