INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Find a suitable place to install the
fan. Be sure fan can oscillate freely.
STEP 2:
Using the mounting plate as a
template, mark the location for
the mounting holes. Remove the
plate and drill two 1/8" holes if
using the included hardware. Kit
is designed for blind mounting.
Through mounting is also possible
if using bolts, nuts, and washers
(not included).
NOTE: Make sure mounting
plate and screws are not in
the path of any airbags.
STEP 3:
Secure the mounting plate with the
self-tapping screws.
STEP 4:
Remove the screw from the fan
base. Slide fan base into mounting
plate, then secure with screw.
STEP 5:
Wiring instructions are for
negative-ground systems. Connect
positive wire (solid black wire) from
fan to toggle switch terminal. Wire
other terminal on switch to fused,
switched 12 volt positive wire.
Connect negative wire (black
wire with white stripe)
to suitable ground.
STEP 6:
Using a 7/16" drill bit, drill a hole
in the dash to mount the toggle
switch. Remove top nut and On/
Off plate from switch. Install switch
in hole. Replace On/Off plate and
secure with top nut.

will not operate correctly if the
fan is mounted upside down.

Tilt screws can be loosened to
reposition the fan head.
