assembled or if any parts appear to be
missing or damaged. Use of a product that
is not properly and completely assembled

• Never leave the fan running unattended.
• Place this fan away from curtains, draperies,

stable surface to avoid overturning.
• Do not allow people unfamiliar with fan or
these instructions to operate the fan. Product
is dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify
this product for any other purpose. Any such
modification or misuse could lead to serious
accidents or injuries.
• Never insert fingers, pencils or any other
objects through the grills when fan is running.
• Keep loose or flying hair away from this
product. It is possible that unsecured
hair may be drawn into this fan and may
become entangled and cause injury.
• Never operate fan without fan grill in place.
Serious personal injury may occur.
• Do not use the fan if the switch does not
turn it on and off. Any fan that cannot be
controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must be repaired.
