  • Page 14 PREPARING THE BREAST PUMP Before using the Latty breast pump for the first time, thoroughly wash all the components of the kit, as described in the paragraph “Cleaning and maintenance”. Then assemble the breast pump as follows: 1. Connect the expression valve (C9) to the internal duct of the shield cap (C5), pushing it against the sides all the way, so that it touches the base of the cap.
