1. Bevor Sie mit dem Gerät arbeiten
• Lesen Sie sich bitte die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch.
• Durch die Beachtung der Bedienungsanleitung vermeiden Sie auch Beschädigungen des Geräts und die
Gefährdung Ihrer gesetzlichen Mängelrechte durch Fehlgebrauch. Für Schäden, die aus Nichtbeachtung
dieser Bedienungsanleitung verursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine Haftung.
• Ebenso haften wir nicht für inkorrekte Messwerte und Folgen, die sich aus solchen ergeben können.
• Beachten Sie besonders die Sicherheitshinweise!

3. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
• Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den oben beschriebenen Einsatzbereich geeignet. Verwenden Sie das
Produkt nicht anders, als in dieser Anleitung beschrieben wird.
• Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen, Kalibrieren oder Verändern des Gerätes ist nicht gestattet.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für medizinische Zwecke oder zur
privaten Gebrauch bestimmt.
Vorsicht!
Verletzungsgefahr:
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät und die Batterie außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.
• Vorsicht beim Umgang mit der Einstichsonde. Das Thermometer nur eingeklappt aufbewahren. Achten Sie
dabei auf den Gummischutz.
• Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen, kur
• Batterien können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Wurde eine Batterie verschluckt, muss sofort
medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.
• Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säuren. Um ein Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten
schwache Batterien möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden.
• Beim Hantieren mit ausgelaufenen Batterien chemikalienbeständige Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzbrille tragen!
Wichtige Hinweise zur Produktsicherheit!
• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht extremen Temperaturen, Vibrationen und Erschütterungen aus.
• Nur der Fühler ist hitzebeständig bis 350 °C.
• Halten Sie niemals den Fühler direkt über Feuer.
• Tauchen Sie das Anzeigeelement nicht in Wasser, sonst kann Feuchtigkeit eindringen und zu Fehlfunktionen
führen. Nicht in der Spülmaschine reinigen.
4. Inbetriebnahme
• Klappen Sie die Einstichsonde aus.
• Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch bei einem Ausklappwinkel von 45° an.
• Das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit und die Temperatur wird angezeigt.

• Die Sonde hat einen Ausklappwinkel bis 180°.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, in dem Sie die Einstichsonde in die dafür vorgesehene Aussparung legen und
mit leichtem Druck nach unten schieben.
5. Kalibrierung
• Bitte nicht an der Schraube unter der Gummiabdeckung (CAL) drehen. Eine Feineinstellung kann nur vom
Hersteller durchgeführt werden.
6. Wartung
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel ver-
wenden!
• Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
• Bewahren Sie Ihr Gerät an einem trockenen Platz auf.
7. Batteriewechsel
• Das Batteriesymbol erscheint permanent auf dem Display. Wenn das Symbol blinkt, wechseln Sie bitte die
Batterie.
• Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie mit Hilfe einer Münze den Batteriefachdeckel nach links drehen
(Pfeilrichtung) und legen Sie eine neue Batterie (CR2032) ein (+ Pol nach oben).
• Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder, indem Sie mit Hilfe einer Münze den Batteriefachdeckel nach rechts
drehen. Das Batteriefach sitzt richtig im Gehäuse, wenn ein Klicken zu hören ist.
• HINWEIS: Vor dem Batteriewechsel muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet sein (Temperaturfühler einklappen); danach
Batteriefach und neue Batterie einsetzen. Um eine unterbrechungsfreie Spannungsversorgung zu ge-
währleisten ist der Batteriedeckel vor dem Einschalten (Temperaturfühler ausklappen) wieder zu schließen.

9. Entsorgung
Batterien und Akkus dürfen keinesfalls in den Hausmüll! Als Verbraucher sind Sie gesetzlich
gebrauchte Batterien und Akkus zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung beim Handel
oder entsprechenden Sammelstellen gemäß nationaler oder lokaler Bestimmungen abzugeben.
Die Bezeichnungen für enthaltene Schwermetalle sind: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilber, Pb=Blei
Dieses Gerät ist entsprechend der EU-Richtlinie über die Entsorgung von Elektro- und Elektro-
nik-Altgeräten (WEEE) gekennzeichnet.

• Be careful when using the probe. Always store the instrument folded in. Pay attention to the rubber protec-
tion.

• Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. If a battery has been swallowed, get medical assistance immediately.
• Batteries contain harmful acids. Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to prevent damage
caused by a leaking battery.
• Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and glasses when handling leaked batteries.

• Do not place the unit near extreme temperatures, vibrations or shocks.
• Only the probe is heat resistant until 350 °C.

• Do not immerse the display device into water. Water can penetrate and cause malfunction. Not suitable for
dishwasher.
4. Getting started
• Fold out the probe.
• The unit automatically turns on at an angle of 45°.
• The unit is ready for use and the temperature appears.
• The sensor is located in the point of the probe. To measure the temperature, insert the probe at least 2 cm
in the object.
• The probe has a total angle of 180°.
• Please turn the instrument by folding the temperature probe into the space provided and by pressing
slightly downwards.
5. Calibration
• Please do not turn the screw placed under the rubber cover (CAL). Fine adjustments can only be made by
the manufacturer.
6. Care and maintenance
• Clean your instrument with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
• Remove the battery if you do not use the product for a lengthy period.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.
7. Battery replacement
• The battery symbol appears permanently on the display
• Open the battery compartment by turning the lid to the left by using a coin (direction of the arrow) and
insert a new battery CR2032 (+ pole above).
• Close the battery compartment by turning the lid to the right by using a coin.
• The compartment is properly inserted in the housing, if a click is heard.
• NOTE: Please note that the instrument must be turned

1. Avant d'utiliser l'appareil
• Lisez attentivement le mode d'emploi.
• En respectant ce mode d'emploi, vous éviterez d'endommager l'appareil et de perdre vos droits résul-
tant d'un défaut pour cause d'utilisation non-conforme. Nous n'assumons aucune responsabilité pour
des dommages qui auraient été causés par le non-respect du présent mode d'emploi.
• De même, nous n'assumons aucune responsabilité pour des relevés incorrects et les conséquences
qu'ils pourraient engendrer.
• Suivez bien toutes les consignes de sécurité!
• Conservez soigneusement le mode d'emploi!
2. Aperçu du domaine d'utilisation et tous les avantages de votre nouvel appareil

3. Pour votre sécurité
• L'appareil est destiné uniquement à l'utilisation décrite ci-dessus. Ne l'utilisez jamais à d'autres
celles décrites dans le présent mode d'emploi.
• Vous ne devez en aucun cas réparer, démonter
• Cet appareil ne convient ni pour une utilisation médicale ni pour l'information publique, il est destiné uni-
quement à un usage privé.
Attention!
Danger de blessure:
• Gardez l'appareil et la pile hors de la portée des enfants.
• Faites attention en utilisant la sonde! Assurez-vous toujours que le thermomètre est plié lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé.
Veuillez payer attention à l'isolation protectrice en caoutchouc.
• Ne jetez jamais les piles dans le feu, ne les court-circuitez pas, ne les démontez pas et ne les rechargez pas. Ris-
ques d'explosion!
• L'ingestion d'une pile peut être mortelle. En cas d'ingestion d'une pile, consultez immédiatement un service
médical.
• Les piles contiennent des acides nocifs pour la santé. La pile faible doit être remplacée le plus rapidement
• Pour manipuler des piles qui ont coulé, utilisez des gants de protection chimique spécialement adaptés et
portez des lunettes de protection !
Conseils importants de sécurité du produit!
• Évitez d'exposer l'appareil à des températures extrêmes, à des vibrations ou à des chocs.
• Seul le palpeur est résistant à une chaleur de 350 °C.
• Ne jamais tenir le palpeur directement sur le feu.
• N'immergez pas l'élément-écran dans l'eau sinon l'humidité pourrait pénétrer et causer une mauvaise fonc-
tion. Ne peut pas être lavé au lave-vaisselle.
4. Mise en service
• Dépliez la sonde.
• L'appareil se met automatiquement en route sur un angle de 45°.
• L´instrument est maintenant prêt à fonctionner et sur l'écran apparaît la température.
• Le palpeur se trouve à la pointe de la sonde. Insérez la sonde á un minimum de 2 cm de profondeur dans
l'objet que vous souhaitez mesurer.
• La sonde dispose d'un angle total de 180°.
• Veuillez éteindre votre appareil en plaçant la sonde de température dans l'espace prévu à cet
appuyant légèrement dessus vers le bas.
5. Calibration
• Veuillez ne pas tourner la vis sous le couvercle en caoutchouc (CAL). Une mise au point précise peut uni-

9. Traitement des déchets
Les piles et accus usagés ne peuvent en aucun cas être jetés dans les ordures ménagères !
En tant qu'utilisateur, vous avez l'obligation légale de rapporter les piles et accus usagés à votre
revendeur ou de les déposer dans une déchetterie proche de votre domicile conformément à la
réglementation nationale et locale.
