Electric Barbecue Use instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.
Important safety instructions
Caution: Never cover the grill with aluminum foil, barbecue
dishes or other objects, as the resulting heat build-up may
cause irreparable damage to the grill.
Before using the appliance, check that the main body and all mounted
accessories are checked carefully for any damage. The power cord
should be examined regularly for signs of damage. If a damage is
detected, the appliance must no longer be used.
During operation, the barbecue must be placed on a flat, heat-re-
sistant, splash-proof surface. When grilling foods with a high fat or
moisture content, sketches are not always avoidable.
When using the appliance, be careful not to place it near a wall or at
an angle and make sure there are no flammable materials nearby.
Remember that food with a high fat or moisture content may tend to
ignite.
Always fill the container with water before switching on the appliance.
Always ensure that the water level is maintained. Water should be
added in good time, making sure that it does not come in contact with
the heating element. Be careful: do not pour water on the heating
element.
Before using the grill, always check that the heating element is cor-
rectly inserted in the body and securely locked. Do not connect the
grill to the power supply until the container has been filled with water.
The barbecue must be monitored at all times during operation. For
safety reasons, always keep it out of the reach of children.
