INSTALLATION
Unless otherwise specifi ed, all measurements are expressed
in millimetres.

4.1 Preliminary checks

Check that the structure is suffi ciently sturdy and that the hinge
pivots are properly lubricated.
4.2 Geared motor installation
-
Select installation mode: geared motor concealed left (Fig.
3) or right (Fig. 4), or geared motor exposed left (Fig. 5)
or right (Fig. 6). To reverse installation of the Dor from left
to right, proceed as shown in Fig. 8.

Remove the enclosure and take off the geared motor from
the mounting plate.
-
Secure the mounting plate to the wing according to the
measurements given in fi gs. 7 and 10.
-
Install the geared motor on to the mounting plate.
Attention: The geared motor shaft must always be turned
upwards, facing the hinge between the two wings.
-
With the door open determine the mounting position of the
arm on the wing (see fi gs. 3, 4, 5, and 6).
-
Shorten the tube and if necessary the rod depending on
the previously determined mounting positions (geared

Warning: after the tube has been fi t in all the way, ensure
that it does not knock against the rod's bush or that the
rod's head does not knock against the screw that secures
it to the wing (min. 5 mm).

Mount the arm Dor BD and lubricate the rod.
-
Release the geared motor by pulling the cord and secu-
ring it in the release position (see RELEASE INSTRUC-
TION).
-
Perform a manual maneuver to ensure that the movement
is devoid of obstacles or friction and that the arm stays
horizontal.
-
Re-lock the geared motor.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The power connections are shown in fi gures 11,12,13,14.
Start-up and adjustments are described in the E1F, E2,
LogicA21F, LogicA22 (DOR1B) - LogicC22 (DOR1BH -
DOR1BHS) electronic panel manual.
6.
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (each 6 month)
Power off 230 V~:
-
Clean and lubricate the moving components.
-
Check for the stability of the automatism and check that all
the screws are tightened all the way.
Power on 230 V~:
-
Check the good operation of all command and safety func-
tions.
-
Check for the stability of the door and that the movement is
steady, without friction.
