• Press SET, minutes are flashing
• Adjust with button ↑
• Press SET, seconds are flashing
• Adjust with button ↑
• Press SET to launch the countdown
• When the time is up the alarm will sound, press SET to
reset the timer or rotate the device to keep the setting.

• Press ↑ to choose the unit
