- Page 13 WALL-TO-WALL DIMENSIONS MESURES MUR-À-MUR MEDIDAS DE PARED-A-PARED • Measure the thickness of your tiles on either side before installing the metal tracks. A thicker tile will limit your space to install the shower panels. • Make sure to have a distance tile to tile (D) between 1478mm (58 3/16 in) min. and 1518mm (59 3/4 in) max. (see image).

C. Remove the track and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit. D. If there are no studs located behind the wall track (B), then insert the wall anchors (EE) using a rubber mallet until the wall anchors are flush with the wall.

Insert the fixed panel bottom seal strip (I) on the base of the fixed panel (A). Cut the surplus part with a cutter, about 1 9/16” (40mm) from the panel’s edge. B. Insert the fixed panel (A) into the wall track (B). Do not fully tighten it as further adjustments may be required. Note: The wall track (B) allows you to adjust the position of the fixed panel (A). Adjusting the depth and/or giving the glass panel a slight angle allows for precise alignment with the door.

Place the fixed panel (A) into the wall track (B) and put back the sliding door guide (E). C. Insert the door bottom seal strip (L) onto the door panel (C). D. Slide again the roller stoppers (M) and the support bar anchors (N) onto the support bar (D). Then fix the support bar to the wall.

Gently hang the door panel by its 2 top rollers on the support bar (D) and make sure to place the bottom of the door inside the guide (E). C.
- Page 21 LEVELING THE GLASS PANEL NIVELAGE DU PANNEAU DE VERRE NIVELANDO EL PANEL DE CRISTAL After the wheels have been installed, adjust the level of the glass panel using the eccentric mechanism of the rollers. Fit the bigger Allen key in the center of the inner roller, hold it in place, do not turn it, as it will loosen the wheel.

Install the door vertical seal strip (G) on the closing end. C. Position the 2 roller stoppers (M) in order to block the door panel (C) from hitting the wall when opening it or closing it. Use the Allen key to strongly secure the stopper when the final position is found.

- Page 24 SEALING SCELLAGE SELLADO Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly. Ensure that there is a firm connection between the fixed panel(s) and the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components. Allow 24 hours for silicone to dry. Improper application of silicone sealant may cause your shower to leak. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces.
- Page 26 LIMITED Product Warranty The DISTRIBUTOR is a distributor of the following Products: • Shower Doors (warranty period 5 years). • Acrylic Surfaces (warranty period 5 years against blistering, cracking or chipping in the acrylic surface). • Acrylic Shell Structure (warranty period 5 years against loss of water through fiberglass laminate of the acrylic body). • Shower Hardware (handles, hinges, rubber support clips, metal support bars and wall tracks) (warranty period 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship). Limited Warranty: The DISTRIBUTOR warrants to the original retail purchaser that within a reasonable time after notification from purchaser, The DISTRIBUTOR will repair or replace the Product, or any part or component of the covered Product, distributed by The DISTRIBUTOR which is proven to the satisfaction of The DISTRIBUTOR to be defective in workmanship or materials, and which has failed during normal use and within the warranty period.
