Jacketed Metal Clad Cable Connector
10464 to 10606-TB
SET SCREW TYPE
SABRE TOOTH
Instructions:
1. Strip off cable jacketing to length of
Protective Grounding Sleeve.
CAUTION: Do not nick or cut the
conductor insulation.
2. Slip Protective Grounding Sleeve
over exposed armor.
3. Push cable into connector as far as
armor stop.
4. Tighten set-screws to 35 in.-lbs or
until head is flush with body
5. Tighten gland nut
Instructions:
1. Ring-cut the cable squarely and remove jacket and
armor at desired length - outer jacket should be flush
with end of armor. CAUTION: Do not nick or cut the
conductor insulation.
2. Slide gland nut, retainer ring and neoprene bushing
over cable.
3. Insert point of Sabre Tooth
over armor and beneath outer jacket.
4. Slide neoprene bushing to seat in bevel on grounding
sleeve.
5. Place connector body over grounding sleeve and
thread gland nut on body.
