operAtion - General

The appliance is intended only for domestic use,
not for professional use.

operAtion - before use for the first time
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
operAtion - using the citrus press
tip: You can use the lid to press the fruit. This will keep your hands clean.
1. Fit the juice container (4) onto the motor (6) unit.
2. P lace the cone and pulp dish (2) on the juice container, making sure the pressing cone is fitted correctly
onto the motor shaft (5).
2. Put the plug into the wall socket.
3. Cut the citrus fruit into halves.
4. P ress each half onto the pressing cone. The pressure applied to the pressing cone will turn the motor
on. The motor automatically changes directions when it is switched on and off. The changeof direction
increases the juice collected.
5. Remove the pulp dish from the juice container.
7. Remove the juice container from the motor unit.
8. Pour the juice into a glass.
• N ever use the citrus press for longer than 10 minutes without pausing. Switch off the citrus press and
wait a few minutes before continuing.
