GENERAL: Upon receipt of the fixture, thoroughly inspect for any freight damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier.

1. Remove the white lens clips from each end of the fixture body then carefully remove the lens and set it
aside.
2. Squeeze the wire cover in the center of the fixture body to remove it from under the notches.
3. Pull supply wires from the junction box through the knockout in the back of the fixture body.
4. Secure the fixture body to the junction box or secure it to the mounting surface using mounting screws.

INSTALLATION OR SERVICING
6. Wiring installation should be conducted by a qualified electrician. Complete the wiring of the fixture
according to the National Electric Code and all applicable State and Local codes. Use appropriate UL
approved wire connectors as required by code to make electrical connections to supply wires.
7. Warning: The fixture must be properly grounded.
8. Replace the Wire cover by sliding one edge under the notches and squeezing the cover to slide the
opposite side under the notches on the other side.
9. Install the desired LED TYPE-B (Ballast Bypass) DOUBLE END LED T8 LAMPS (NOT INCLUDED) into the
lamp holders.
10. Replace the lens and secure it in place by replacing the white lens clips on the ends of the fixture.
