- Page 3 Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death. • FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls, DO NOT use this bassinet for a child who can roll over or who has reached the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit whichever comes first. Maximum recommended weight and age is 18 lbs (8.16 kg), and 3 months old or less.
- Page 4 IF THIS BASSINET INCLUDES A MOBILE: • STRANGULATION HAZARD: DO NOT place cords, straps, decorative ribbons or similar items that could become wound around the child’s neck in or near this bassinet. DO NOT add additional strings or straps to the bassinet, or toys.

- Page 6 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Attach the legs of Bassinet Frame (A) using the 4 Long Screws (J). Figure 4. Note: the screws will go through the leg tubes and insert into the Accessory Basket Tubes. Tie the Accessory Basket straps to the legs of Bassinet Frame.
- Page 7 (L) Lock Nuts (x4) Screwdriver (x1) Wrench (x1) Position the “L” shape of the Bassinet Frame (A) under the Mattress Support (D), making sure to line up the screw holes. Make sure the Mattress Support (D) slides through the strap, supporting the mattress base.
- Page 8 (C) Bassinet Fabric (E) Canopy (G) Mattress Pad Drape the Bassinet Fabric (C) over the support frame, making sure that the control unit and Canopy holes are lined up Figure 1. Secure the fabric by snapping all snaps located on the fabric.
- Page 9 Installing Music Control Unit To Install the Music Control Unit: Clip the mounting bracket of the music control unit directly over the fabric on top of the bassinet frame. Figure 5. Removing the Music Control unit Pull on the Music Control unit to remove it from the bassinet frame.
- Page 10 • The volume is adjustable by pressing the volume button (up to 4 times) to the desired sound level (low, medium, high and off). • Activate light by pressing bassinet light button (indicated by the “sun” icon). • Press the vibration button to activate vibration (indicated by the wavy lines icon).
