ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
Before first use
Before first use, clean all components by rinsing them thoroughly with water.
Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. Also clean the
press cloth thoroughly with water.
Assembly
Remove all packaging. Attach the legs (2) to the base frame (1) using the
screws supplied. Place the press as close as possible to a drain and water
connection.
Operation
Place the stainless steel press basket (7) on the base frame. Then insert the
press bag (12) into the press basket. Fold the press pocket at the bottom of
the press basket inwards. Fold the press pocket at the top of the press basket
outwards, which makes it easier to fill in the fruit mass.
Place a container under the water drain. The press can now be filled with the
fruit flesh. It is not necessary to fill the bag completely.
Fold the press bag over the flesh and place the lid (8) on it. Place the washer
on the spindle and fit the clamping nut (9). Then pull the splash guard (13) over
the press basket.
Connect the water inlet (4) to a water tap. Then open the water supply line.
The incoming water (max. 3 Bar) exerts pressure on the fruit mass.
Press the top of the vent valve (11) until the air is completely removed from
the membrane. The juice now flows through the press basket (7) into the juice
channel/juice outlet (10).
