1. To fix the tool holder to the machine,
introduce the shank and use the pin for
the positioning.
Then tighten the 4 screws of fixations
(Important, watch that the screws have
the same strength of tightening).
2. Insert the clip holder and tighten with a
torque spanner in 5Nm by maintaining
the clip holder with an adapted key.

3. Adjust the offsets of 3 positions.

5. The tool shank diameter should never have
a difference of more than 0.4 mm
compared to the clamping diameter of
collet
Example: clamping diameter 9.5 mm =>
Shank diameter 9.1 mm minimum.

block the broach on flats planned for
that purpose, using the adequate
spanner.
