FAN mode setup
Users need to press the "FAN" button to change mode.
Default setting at "AUTO" mode.

RAID mode setup (IB-RD3620SU3)
Users need to Press and HOLD the "RAID" button for 3 seconds till the LED flashes,
press again to change the mode.
Default setting at "Single" mode.

After finishing selecting mode from front panel, press the conformation button to execute
mode change.
