High Lumen Biax Type A LED Replacement Lamp

• The energy smart LED tube is designed to work with instant start and program start electronic ballast. Check out the ballast model
information and make sure the ballast model is included in the compatible ballast list shown on page 2. Operation on a non-listed
ballast type may cause product damage.
Provided Components
The components have been properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Inspect the components to confirm there is no physical damage.
Do not install damaged components. The carton consists of: 1. LED tubes
