• Odkręcić lampy, opuścić tłumik i odkręcić osłonę termiczną.
• Odkręcić zderzak i mocowania (nie będą wykorzystane).
• Włożyć elementy zaczepu C i D w podłużnice i przykręcić śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt1).
• Przykręcić belkę zaczepu A do tylnego pasa śrubami M8x25 (pkt 2) oraz skręcić z elementami C i D
śrubami M12x40 8.8 (pkt1). Stosując elementy E przykręcić uchwyt kuli śrubą M12x70 8.8 (pkt3).
• Dokręcić śruby z momentem wg tabeli, podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Wykonać wycięcie w osi zderzaka 60mm x50mm na uchwyt kuli.
• Zamontować zderzak, lampy i osłonę.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego śrubami M12x70 8.8.
• Unscrew the lamps, lower the muffler from the hanger and unscrew the thermal shield..
• Unscrew the bumper and its reinforcements (they will not be used any more).
• Insert the elements C and D into frame side members and screw with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 1).
• Screw the main bar A to the rear belt of the car with bolts M8x25 8.8 (point 2) and screw it with the
elements C and D with bolts M12x40 8.8 (point 1). Screw the handle of the towball with
a bolt M12x70 8.8 (point 3) using the elements E.
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table, connect the electric wires.
• Cut out the fragment 60 mmx50 mm of the bumper, in its axle to put the towball handles.
• Assemble the bumper, lamps and thermal shield.
• Fix the ball and electric plate with bolts M12x70 8.8.
• Dévissez les lampes, abaissez le silencieux et dévissez l'écran thermique.

avec les vis M12x40 8.8 (point 1). En utilisant les éléments E, vissez le support de boule avec
le boulon M12x70 8.8 (item 3)..
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau et brancher l'installation électrique.
• Exécuter une encoche dans l'axe du pare-chocs aux dimensions 60mm x 50mm pour le support de boule.
• Installez le pare-chocs, la lampe et le couvercle.
• Visser la boule et la tôle de la prise électrique avec les boulons M12x70 8.8.

mit Schrauben M12x40 8.8 (Punkt 1) verschrauben. Mit Hilfe der Bauteile E die Kugelhalterung
mit der Schraube M12x70 8.8 anschrauben (Punkt 3).
• Die Schrauben mit dem in der Tabelle angegebenen Drehmoment anziehen, die Elektroinstallation anschließen.
• In der Achse des Stoßfängers einen Ausschnitt mit den Abmessungen 60mmx50 mm für die Kugelhalterung ausführen.
• Die Stoßstange, Rückleuchten und Abdeckung montieren.
• Die AHK-Kugel und Steckdosenplatte mit Schrauben M12x70 8,8 anschrauben.
• Desenrosque las lámparas, baje el silenciador y desatornille el protector térmico..
• Desenrosque el parachoques y los sujetadores (no se usarán)..
• Inserte los elementos de la captura C y D en los largueros y fíjelos con los pernos M12x40 8.8 (punto 1).
• Fijar el gancho A a la correa trasera con tornillos M8x25 (punto 2) y fijarlo a los elementos C y D con tornillos
M12x40 8.8 (punto 1). Utilizando los elementos E, fijar el soporte de bolas con un tornillo M12x70 8.8 (art. 3).
• Apretar los tornillos al torque de acuerdo con la tabla, conectar la instalación eléctrica.
• Hacer un corte en el eje del parachoques de 60 mm x 50 mm en el soporte de bola.
• Instalar el parachoques, las lámparas y la cubierta.
• Atornille la bola y la placa de la toma eléctrica con tornillos M12x70 8.8.
