1.
Remove the battery earth cable.
Open the entrance to the rear light units.

Fit the rubber grommet in the existing hole near the right rear light unit.
3.
Route the wiringharness in the boot and lead the 8-pole end through the hole over the crossbar to the socket and fit them with the
supplied tie-raps.
Watch out the heat from the exhaust pipe!
Pull the coverplate over the harness.
Remove the contactholder from the socket and fit the wires as follows:
Trailer lighting:
Left turn signal
Rearfoglight
Earth
Right turn signal
Right taillight
Brakelights
Left taillight
Rearfoglight

On both rearlightunits a connector is located.
Disconnect them.
Connect the green, white and brown wires of the wiringharness end corresponding with the connector on the right side.
Do the same with the other wireharness end on the left side.
Fit the white wire to chassis earth.
5.
Mount the socket to the towbar plate.
Reconnect the battery and check all electric functions, with trailer/caravan connected.
Reinstall all disassembled parts.
