1 Technical specifications

Stable, robust metal body. The ergonomic positioning of the controls
beneath allows the user to rest his or her forearms on the table.

Rust-proof, trinocular head rotatable by 360º with ocular tubes inclined
at 45º angles and a straight tube for a digital or other camera... adjustable
interpupillary distance (53-72 mm) and dioptric adjustment on the two tubes.

2 Setup
1.
Remove the MEDIO microscope from the packaging, and remove the
various protective packaging items. Save all packaging material for long-term
storage or possible return shipment.

Place the trinocular head in position, tighten the knurled fastening screw
WITHOUT jamming it. To adjust the head to your preference, it is necessary to
gently loosen the knurled screw.
3.
Screw the four objectives (4 x, 10 x, 40 x and 100 x) onto the nosepiece
in order of increasing magnification.
4.
Insert the oculars in the ocular tubes.
Note: If you want to use your microscope with an external light source, you can
install a mirror (included with the MEDIO microscope) in place of the light lens:
- unplug the microscope,
- unscrew the black metal light lens,
- screw in the support collar,
- clip the mirror into the support collar.
