VTT method
VTT differential pressure sensor

3 Connection
This differential pressure sensor is connected using the connector located at
the back of the box (1):
Hold the box horizontally
Follow the guide slots of the console
Engage it fully.
4 Use
This sensor works with the VTT system (Part no.: 477 000 and 477 011).
Before use, the VTT Bioflash needs to be updated (floppy disk provided with
the sensor).
It can then be used with VTT:
In stand-alone mode
or
Connected to a computer (an acquisition software such as Compliss
or Generis is then required)
5 Experimentation
It is possible to study fluid statics using the sensor and determine the specific
gravity as well as the density of fluids.
A glass tube is immersed in a test tube filled with fluid. The pressure is noted
down regularly depending on the depth of the tube.
It is possible to study different fluids (water, oil, etc.).
