contain. This document must be kept in a safe place and passed on together with
the device.
Intended use
This product is intended for lighting work areas. The work lamp has floodlight and socket(s)
for connecting a work lamp or other electrical tool. The product is suitable for mains operation
and can be set up with the metal bracket or mounted on tripods. At the rear of the housing
is an integrated carrying handle.
General safety instructions
– Only use the unit in accordance with its intended use within the specifications.
– M odifications or alterations to the unit are not permitted; this will invalidate the approval and
the safety specification.
– Do not penetrate the openings of the unit with objects and do not place any objects on the
unit.
– Do not expose the unit and its plug connections to mechanical stress, enormous temperatures
or strong vibrations.
– The unit must no longer be used if one or more functions fail, or if the housing or the connec-
ting cables are damaged.
– If safe operation is no longer guaranteed, secure the unit against unintentional use.
– Only connect the unit to a properly earthed socket with a PE protective conductor.
– A faulty protective conductor bypasses the fuse provided by the RCD/FI circuit breaker and can
cause a life-threatening electric shock in a unit connected to the voltage output.
– Do not install in unsecured traffic routes: Risk of accident
– Lay power cables in such a way as to prevent them from being stepped on, jammed or tensile
stresses on the cable.
– The unit is designed to be placed on a firm, level surface.
– Ensure good ventilation, do not cover to avoid overheating and fire hazard due to heat build-up.
– I nstall the appliance as far away as possible from heat sources (naked flame, heater, oven,
etc.) and flammable material to avoid overheating and fire hazard. combustible material to
