- Page 4 STEP 2： Thread the M10 x 55 Bolt (3) through the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) and the U-Shaped main frame (2). Secure it with a M10 locknut (4). Install the Hand-Wheel Assembly (5) onto the U-Shaped Main Frame (2).
- Page 5 STEP 3： Align the U-Tube assemblies (6) with the holes on the U-Shaped Main Frame (2) and insert them.
- Page 6 STEP 4： Fasten the U-Tube assemblies (6) to U-Shaped Main Frame (2) with M6x20 Bolts (7), φ6 Spring Washers (8) and φ6 Flat Washers (9). Tighten the bolts.
- Page 7 STEP 5： Align the Adjusting Rods (12) with the holes on the U-Shaped Main Frame (2). Attach the rods to the frame with M8x55 Bolts (10) and M8 Lock Nuts (11).
- Page 8 STEP 6： Attach one Holder (13) to each Adjusting Rod (12), and the reflector (20) is installed on the U-shaped main frame.
- Page 9 STEP 7 FOR VEHICLES WITH 2” RECEIVERS An Adapter (17) is needed to complete the installation process. Place the adapter on the passenger side of the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1), making sure to align the holes. Keep the holes aligned as you insert the Adapter (17) and Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) into the vehicle’s receiver and align the receiver tube’s holes with the holes on the bike carrier.
- Page 10 FOR VEHICLES WITH 1.25” RECEIVERS No adapter is needed. Insert the Z-Type Connecting Tube (1) into the vehicle’s receiver and align the receiver tube’s holes with the holes on the bike carrier. Place a φ 1/2″ Spring Washer (15) and φ1/2″ Flat Washer (16) on the outside of the receiver tube, aligning the holes with the holes in the receiver tube.
- Page 11 How to use the strap FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS The bicycle rack’s adjusting arms and holders will automatically fold flat once a bicycle is removed from the rack, as shown below. The push in hook assembly (13) can be fixed on the main frame of the bicycle with a pull strap (19).
- Page 12 For convenience, the rack can also be folded vertically when no bicycles are on it. Remove the Hand Wheel Assembly (shown below) and rotate the rack. Once vertical, re-insert the knob and screw it tightly to secure the position. This part is the same as that in the previous step, and it needs to be tightened with straps.

- Page 16 ÉTAPE 2: Vissez le boulon M10 x 55 (3) à travers le tube de raccordement de type Z (1) et le cadre principal en forme de U (2). Fixez-le avec un contre-écrou M10 (4). Installez l'ensemble volant (5) sur le cadre principal en forme de U (2).
