from tortoiseshell or abalone.
cleaning concentrate:
special cleaning concentrates should be used in case of

difficult and/or stubborn dirt - such as grease, resinifica-
tions, rust, wax, pigments, etc. – that cannot be removed
with water and all-purpose cleaner.
these concentrates can be purchased conveniently at our
service center (→11. warranty and service).
