Snap Tube (6) and Tube (7)
together using button lock into hole.
Make sure you have a firm
connection.
Place Tube (7) onto Base (8) as
shown, and insert Axel (9) through
base, then Wheel (10), and back
through base, then through hole in
Tube (7). Continue through base
on opposite side, back into base,
through other Wheel (10), and back
into base. Tap end of axel to secure
in base.
Attach Base (8) to Tube (7) using
Left and Right Struts (11,12) with
bolts, washers and nuts as shown.
Note: two washers are used on
each bolt, one on either side of part.
