INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND PRELIMINARY CHECKING PROCEDURE
In order to get your device work correctly and fi ne in time, must ensure compliance with the
mode of installation and maintenance described in this booklet. Relying on a qualifi ed plumber.
Make sure that the system is free from all debris and impurities existing.
INSTALLATION
Fig. 1: Fix the body to the fi xing plate.
Fig. 2-3: Make a hole into the wall with a minimum measure of 150 mm - 5.90 in, 280 mm –
11.02 in, and MIN 99 mm - 3.89 in, MAX 109 mm - 4.29 in depth.
N.B.: The minimum and maximum measure have to be considered in relation to the fi nished
wall, cladding included.
Fig. 4-5: Fix the recessed body taking in consideration the perpendicularity, both vertical and
horizontal, by using a spirit level.
Fig. 6: Connect the body to the hydric system. It's recommended to use hemp or PTEF for
granting the endurance.
Fig. 7: Insert the spout into the central junction, fi xing it to the grub screw. Place the marble
covering at the far end paying attention not to turn the chromed part.
After connecting the body to the system, turn on the stopcocks and check that the mixer tap
unit operates correctly. Keep the tap pressurised for a few minutes checking eventual leaks.
Fig. 8: Reduce the hole into the wall leaving a minimum diameter of Ø35 mm - 1.37 in letting
the gasket lay on the wall cladding.
Fig. 9: Position the gasket into the marble support, inserting it into the body. Place the handle
on the broach, inserting the Tefl on ring. Verify the correct position of this handle considering
the opening/closing control.
Fig. 10: Place the marble covering on the handle, in a softly way and paying the maximum at-
tention. Once the threaded hole correspond to the cover hole, insert the grub screw.
Push the marble cover until the wall surface.
Fig. 11: Screw the little lever into the handle body and verify the correct operation of it.
