  • Page 2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES. Slide washers (1) in place under sink and between nuts, with slotted Place gasket (1) on bottom of new faucet. Assemble nuts (2) to openings around tubes. Secure faucet to sink by tightening nuts (2) studs. Place faucet through mounting holes in sink. with a wrench.
  • Page 3 Metal Pop-Up installation Remove stopper (1) and flange (2). Screw nut (3) all the way down. Apply silicone to underside of flange (1). Insert body (2) into sink. Screw flange (1) into body (2). Pivot hole (3) must face faucet. Pull Push washer (4) and gasket (5) down.
  • Page 4 Make connections to water lines. FLUSH SYSTEM/CHECK FOR LEAKS. Remove aerator (1) and turn faucet handle (2) all the way on. Turn on hot and cold water supplies (3) and flush water lines for one minute. Important: This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts.
  • Page 5 Maintenance If faucet leaks from spout: Replace Seats and Springs (2). SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES. If leak persists: Replace Ball Assembly (3). When replacing a part, follow the illustrated instructions provided on the back of the Repair Part Kit. If faucet exhibits very low flow: A.
