EN Mounting instructions
 Unscrew the PG threaded plug 1 on the rear side of the encoder;
 ascertain that the M4 screw 2 is well loose and the hollow shaft 3 is
completely expanded;
 mount the encoder on the motor shaft; check that the O-ring 4 is located
properly in its correct place to ensure the IP protection rate;
 fix the encoder by means of the fixing clamps 5 and the M4 screws 6 (kit
code LKM386, to be ordered separately);
 tighten the M4 screw 2 in order that the expansion sleeve 3 clamps the
motor solid shaft; the recommended tightening torque is 3 Nm;
 replace the PG threaded plug 1 to ensure the IP protection rate.

 Destornillar el tapón roscado PG 1 en la parte posterior del dispositivo;
 asegurarse de que el tornillo 2 tipo M4 sea aflojado y el eje hueco 3 del
encoder expandido completamente;
 montar el encoder en el eje del motor; asegurarse de que el O-ring 4 sea
colocado correctamente en su alojamiento para garantizar la protección IP;
 fijar el encoder mediante las arandelas de fijación 5 y los tornillos 6 tipo M4
(kit LKM386 no incluido, se pide por separado);
 atornillar el tornillo 2 tipo M4: de esta manera el manguito de expansión 3
fija el eje del motor; par de apriete recomendado: 3 Nm;
 fijar el tapón roscado PG 1 en su alojamiento para garantizar la protección IP.

 Svitare il tappo PG 1 nella parte posteriore del dispositivo;
 assicurarsi che la vite M4 2 sia allentata e l'albero cavo 3 completamente
espanso;
 montare l'encoder sull'albero motore posizionando correttamente l'O-ring 4
per garantire la protezione IP;
 fissare il corpo encoder con le graffe di fissaggio 5 e le viti M4 6 (codice kit
LKM386, da ordinare separatamente);
 serrare la vite M4 2 per fissare la boccola ad espansione 3 sull'albero motore
(coppia di serraggio max. 3 Nm);
 richiudere il tappo PG 1 per garantire la protezione IP.

 Dévisser le bouchon fileté PG 1 dans la partie postérieure du codeur ;
 s'assurer que la vis 2 type M4 soit dévissée et l'arbre creux 3 du codeur soit
bien ouvert;
 monter le codeur sur l'arbre du moteur ; s'assurer que l'O-ring 4 soit positionné
correctement dans son logement afin de garantir le degré de protection IP ;
 fixer le codeur au moyen des rondelles de fixation 5 et les vis 6 type M4 (code
du kit LKM386, à commander séparément) ;
 visser la vis 2 type M4: de cette façon la douille expansible 3 serre l'arbre du
moteur ; couple de serrage recommandé : 3 Nm ;
 visser le bouchon fileté PG 1 dans son logement afin de garantir le degré IP.

DE Montagehinweise
 PG-Verschraubung 1 vom Geberdeckel entfernen;
 Vergewissern Sie sich das die Schraube 2 und die Spreizwelle 3 gelöst sind;
 Drehgeber sorgfältig auf die Motorwelle setzen und beachten das der O-Ring 4
optimalen IP Schutz gewährleistet;
 Geberflansch mit Exzentern LKM386 (4 + 5, separat bestellen) befestigen;
 Schraube 2 drehen bis die Spreizwelle 3 auf der Motorwelle festgezogen ist
(max. 3 Nm);
 PG-Verschraubung 1 wieder zuschließen um IP Schutz zu gewährleisten.
