UNIT INSTRUCTIONS
The mist maker ultrasonic unit vibrates water to create a mist that rises out of virtually any water container or vessel. The mist maker also
produces negative ions which help refresh air and add humidity to a room. By adding a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the water
allows the mist maker to become an aromatherapy diffuser as well.
The mist maker unit uses no chemicals, no dry ice and no heat - it's a cool, safe mist that just uses tap water.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, READ BEFORE INITIAL OPERATION
1. For indoor use only, do not use outdoors.
2. Use the transformer supplied with the product.
3. Do not touch the ceramic of mist maker while operating.
4. Do not touch response switch of the mist maker while removing mist unit from water.
5. Always disconnect the power supply before moving or maintenance.
6. Do not allow power supply to get wet or gather moisture.
7. Do not allow the mist unit electrical plug connector to get wet.
8. The mist maker works only in clean tap water.
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION (refer to Assembly Drawing No.1)
1. Lay out all the components for assembly on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble the water deflector as shown and place in the center of your chosen water receptacle (not included).
3. Place the mist maker and underwater light inside of the water deflector. OPTIONAL: If your water receptacle includes a hole for a power
cable, thread the connection cable through the small hole in the receptacle. Ensuring that the mist maker and underwater light are still
located in the center of the receptacle, push the rubber stopper which is located on the connection cable through the small hole in the
receptacle, ensuring it fits tightly. (The purpose of the rubber stopper is to stop water leaking out of the receptacle, thus please ensure it fits
tightly into position).
4. Fill the receptacle so that it approximately 3/4 full, ensuring that the mist maker and its components are completely concealed beneath the
water. (Please note the unit will not operate until the sensor switch is completely concealed on the water.)
5. Position the transformer in a dry place and completely away from the unit.
6. Connect the connection cable to the transformer .
7. Plug the unit into the AC Mains and the unit should start working immediately.
GENERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR OPTIMUM USE
1. Use of clean water is recommended. When the water is dirty,
change it with clean water (dirty water will affect generating the mist).
2. Do not use household abrasive cleaners on any part of the mist unit.
You may clean it with soft cloth or cotton swab in clean water.
