VTT ± 1 A ammeter sensor

1 General information
This sensor is used to measure current intensities from ± 2 mA to ± 1 A with
®
the VTT system.
The measurements are made by a differential input with safety banana
plugs.
2 Use
2.1 Interfaces
This sensor works with the VTT
2.2 Connecting the sensor to the VTT
The sensor is connected using the connector located at the back of the box
of the VTT console or the front face of the ESAO Primo:
•
Place the sensor in line with the selected measurement channel.
•
Engage the sensor on the console guide.
•
Follow the guidance system of the VTT
•
Engage it fully.
2.3 Commissioning with the VTT console
•
Connect the sensor.
•
Switch on the VTT
If the sensor is not detected, update your VTT console connected to the PC
using the floppy disc via the Espace VTT software.
•
Connect the console to the PC,
•
Open the Espace VTT by clicking on the icon

Click on Install
•
Install the Biosflash software.
It can then be used with VTT:
•
In stand-alone mode
or
•
Connected to a computer (an acquisition software such as Compliss
or Generis is then required).
2.4 Commissioning with the ESAO Primo
The sensor is automatically detected by the sensor.
•
Connect the console to your PC,
•
Connect the sensor to the console,
•
Start your acquisition software.
