1. Disconnect the building-side connecting
cable from the power supply and secure it
against being switched on again. To do
this, trip the corresponding circuit breaker
of the house installation.
2. Remove the mounting plate (1) by
loosening the screws (2). Then carefully
lay the lamp cover (4) aside so that it
cannot be damaged.
3. Drill two holes in the mounting base and
place there if necessary. Dowel in. The
positioning of the holes should correspond
to those of the screw holes (3) on the
mounting plate. Make sure that the dowels
are flush with the substrate.
4. Pierce the sealing plug (6) with a
pointed object and lead the connection
cable on the building side through it. Make
sure that the connection cable is in a loop
facing downwards so that water running
down the wall cannot get into the light.
5. Then fix the mounting plate (1) to the
mounting base using two screws and the
seals (5 and 7).
6. Connect the wires of the cable according
to Figure 2.
7. Screw a bulb into the socket.
8. Replace the lamp cover (4) on the
mounting plate (1). Then retighten the
screws (2) to fix the cover to the mounting
plate.
