3. Attach basket to the base of the T-legs using
1/4" Allen head bolts and 5/32" Allen wrench.
(See Figure 3)

4. Attach horizontal top bar to vertical posts using
3/8" Allen head bolts and 7/32" Allen wrench.

5. Attach casters to vertical T-legs with bumpers, lock
washers and hex nuts. Tighten. (See Figure 5)
