4.3. Install the clamping block (#1) onto the sub-table
(#10) using the
3/8" nc X 2-1/2" (grade 5)
bolt (#15), the
3/8" dia
nylock nut (#19). Torque to 20 ft-lbs.

NOTE : Pay special attention to the orientation given to the
clamping block (#1) during installation.
See Figure 6b.

4.4. Tighten the bolts (#14) installed in step 4.2. and
make sure they fit snugly. Torque to 20 ft-lbs.
Tighten in a manner not to permanently
deform the sub-table.
5. Reinstall the front CV shield removed during step 2
using the original hardware.
Front Anti-rotation Installation
(see Figure 1 - Table 1 (page 3) for the front anti-rotation
exploded view and the parts list)
6. Install the front anti-rotation assembly on the sub-
table following these steps :
6.1. Assemble the ball joint (#23) and the
nut (#17) to the front anti-rotation assembly.
6.2. Install the large ball joint spacer (#2) with the
narrow part facing down onto the
carriage bolt (#16) installed in step 3.
(grade 5)
NOTE : Pay special attention to the orientation
given to spacers (#2 and #3) during
installation.
See Figure 7b.
6.3. Install the ball joint of the anti-rotation
assembly (#23) onto the bolt (#16), below the
large ball joint spacer (#2).
6.4. Install the short ball joint spacer (#3) with the
narrow part facing up, below the anti-rotation
assembly (#23).
NOTE : Pay special attention to the orientation
given to spacers (#2 and #3) during
installation.
See Figure 7b.
6.5. Tighten the assembly with a
(#20). Torque to 65 ft-lbs.
