Foundation measures (strip foundation!))
at least 10x30cm Width x Height Recommended Dimension: 30x50cm Width x Heigh
The value "C" shall not be lower than 10cm. Recommended are 30cm. The total height
of the Foundation shall not be lower than 30cm. Recommended are 50cm.
The foundation height above ground (A) shall not be more than 50 % oft he
foundation's total height.
To simplify everday life, we recommend to bury the foundation.
An earth anchor "B" has to be adequately dimensioned. Proper screws and anchors are
available at specialist stores.
The floor of a foundation hast o be rectangular, event and straight. Optimal security
is guaranteed, if a weight force of 75 kg is provided by enough concrete per running
meter. Screw the greenhouse tightly together with the foundation, to guarantee a
proper transfer of all forces.
You can find the accurate weight force for securing your greenhouse, according to EK5/
AK8 decision 03/12/2012, 4.5 in the table above; and please follow the rules.
