5.7 Fitting the external grille

f Remove the insulation strips from the back of the external
grille.

Material losses
!
f Tighten the screws by hand.
f Secure the grille to the insert using the screws supplied.
Ensure that the drip edge of the weather grille is facing
downwards.
AWG 315 L.2 : Grille to keep out small animals

f Tighten the screws by hand.
f Secure the grille to the insert using the screws supplied.
Ensure that the drip edge is at the upper edge of the grille.

Sealing the grille around its perimeter
f Seal the gap between the building wall and the external
grille.
Fitting the anti-drip caps

1 Anti-drip caps
f Affix the anti-drip caps supplied to the left-hand and
right-hand ends of the drip edge, for instance using
silicone.

5.8 Air duct connection

Securing the quick-fit adaptor to the wall outlet
Note
Do not use any tools for the knurled screws.
f Tighten the screws by hand.
