Connection:
The LED flex is supplied with a pre-assembled connection cable of 30 cm. IP20 LED flex are fitted
with a connecting cable on both sides. IP67c LED flex are provided with a pre-mounted
connection cable at one side. The cabling can be connected to the pre-mounted connection cable.
If the LED flex is cut to size, a new connection cable can be soldered or by using Integratech LS
series connectors with cutting contacts.
When soldering, ensure that the copper contact points are clean. For a good adhesion of the
solder tin, we recommend making a few scratches in the copper contacts with a screwdriver.
Color code connection cables:
The common conductor is always the positive (+) conductor. The connection code is also printed on the LED flex.

Mounting:
Before installation, always check if sections of the LED flex are functioning properly!
LED flex with a power higher than 5W per meter must always be mounted in an aluminum LED
profile from Integratech. Aluminum profiles for LED flex consist of a specific alloy (AL606* Al-
Mg-Si) that minimizes expansion/shrinking in the event of temperature fluctuations. Consult our
catalog for LED strip/LED profile combinations.
Only cut the LED flex on the section indicated with a scissors symbol. After cutting IP67c LED
flex, always use the supplied end caps and silicone to make the LED flex waterproof again.
Never fold LED flex at
the height of an LED
chip. This will damage
the LED chip or the
solder contacts.
Power supply and controller:
Always use a 24VDC power supply unless stated otherwise. The LED flex requires a minimum voltage of 24VDC + 10% to function. For dimmable and
RGB applications, we recommend LPV or HLG power supplies from Meanwell. Always use a safety margin between 10~20%. This prevents overloading
and extends the lifetime of the power supply. Mount the power supply as close as possible to the LED flex to prevent voltage drop. For dimmable or RGB
applications always use a PWM control on the 24V side, consult our chapter Integratech LED flex controllers. A LED flex and/or 24VDC power supply
cannot be dimmed with a triac dimmer on the 230V side.
Application:
IP20 LED flex: suitable for indoor applications where the humidity is maximum 55%.
IP67 LED flex: suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. The LED flex can withstand a immersion for a short period. Not suitable for permanent
installation under water, not suitable for sea salt or chlorine environments.
Installation and maintenance should always be done by qualified personnel. The light source of this fixture is not replaceable, the luminaire
must be replaced at the end of its life.
Damaged devices in original packaging are exchanged under guarantee.
Always check whether the correct connection voltage is present.
Used lamps
Always return old or defective LED fixtures to an appropriate collection point in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding
environmental protection. Used lamps can be deposited at a recycling point where they are accepted for free. Proper use of equipment makes
it possible to preserve valuable environmental resources and prevent negative consequences for health and the environment.
