INSTALLATION AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Read before installing fixuture. Retain for future reference.
WARNING:
• To reduce the risk of personal injury or property damage from fire,
electric shock, falling parts, cuts/abrasions, and other hazards read
all warnings and instructions included with and on the fixture and all
fixture labels.
• Commercial installation, service and maintenance of luminaries should
be performed by a qualified licensed electrician. For The installation:
If you are unsure about the installation or maintenance of the
luminaries, consult a qualified licensed electrician and check your
local electrical code.
• Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker before wiring fixture
to the power supply.
• Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
• All connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
• Minimum size 18 AWG or 14 AWG for continuous runs.
• Risk of Burn. Disconnect power and allow fixture to cool
before handling.
• Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the
luminaire label information.
• Do not install in a hazardous atmosphere, except where the ambient
temperature does not exceed the rated operating temperature of
the fixture.
• Keep tightly closed when in operation.
INSTALLATION:
1. Open the fixture by loosening the 2 tamper-proof screws in
the side.
2. Disconnect the LED module power leads from the led driver
and remove the LED assembly. Do not drop or mishandle
the LED assembly.
3. Prepare the back plate for mounting by drilling or knocking
out the appropriate holes. See item A on Figure 1.
4. Line up the back plate in desired location and mount
securely. Gaskets are provided for a weather tight seal
between the template and the junction box.
5. Reattach the LED driver module to the back plate. Splice
the branch circuit power leads to the fixture power leads
as seen in wiring diagram.
6. Reattach the LED module power leads to the driver and
replace the LED assembly using the provided tamper-proof
screws.

Wiring Diagram
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• The LED driver must be suplied with 120 or 277V, 50/60 Hz
and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit
protected by a 20 ampere circuit breaker. Use min. 75°C supply.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS:
• The grounding and bonding of the overall system shall be
done in accordance with NEC Article 600 and local codes.

• Drill and 5/16" Drill Bit
• 1/4" Bit Driver
• Wire Strippers
• Wire Cutters

MOUNTING:
The back plate has a cast-in drill and knock-out
template to match any standard recessed junction
box, three 5/16" knockouts for mounting holes A
and three 1/2" NPS tapped holes D for surface
conduit or photocontrol unit.
