Installation Instructions
CAUTION: NOT FOR USE WITH FIRE RATED POKE-THROUGHS. Use S1R8FFCVR covers for fire rated poke-through
furniture feed applications.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. Disconnect power before installing or servicing.
NOTICE: For installation by a qualified electrician in accordance with all national and local electrical codes,
communications standards, the following instructions and any instructions included with individual devices.
NOTICE: Ensure data/communications circuits are separated from lighting/power circuits in accordance with the NEC
and CE Code requirements.
Use with CFB6G30R series series floor boxes and CFBS1R8FFCVR series covers.
See CFBS1R8FFCVR series cover installation instructions to install cover.
1. Remove temporary concrete cover, pull and dress wires as per CFBS1R8FFCVR series cover installation instructions.
2. Retain cover partition [11] for installation to cover. Refer to CFBS1R8FFCVR series cover installation instructions.
3. For multi service applications, wireway [1] and dividers [2] must be installed or must be purchased separately if
missing, see FIGURE A.
4. Feed thru capacity only from side to side thru wiring chambers, see CONFIGURATION. Dividers [3] can be removed as
needed. See FIGURE A.
