All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com HCC-11 Heizstrom- und Heizkreisüberwachungsmodul Anwendung Das Heizkreisüberwachungsmodul HCC-11 dient der Überwachung von Stromkreisen im Bereich von 1,25...40A, die mit Halbleiterrelais (SSR) geschaltet werden. Insbesondere ist das HCC-11 zur Überwachung von Heizkreisen mit mehreren Heizelementen (Heiznestern) geeignet. Der Ausfall eines Heizelementes wird zuverlässig überwacht. -

Der Gehäusedeckel ist durch leichtes Auseinander- biegen seitlichen Halte- klammern zu lösen. Mit den bei- gefügten Schraubensätzen wird das Modul auf das SSR montiert elektrische Lastver- bindung hergestellt. -

IR-Strahlern und Glühlampen, ist die Maximal-Stromüberwachung außer Betrieb zu setzen - Schalter 4 = ON Schalter 5 - Selbsthaltung von Störmeldungen Soll ein automatischer Reset der Störmeldung verhindert werden, so ist Schalter 5 in Stellung ON zu bringen. -

The HCC-11 system is primarily intended for monitoring heating circuits and also for detecting and localizing faults in single heating elements. -

Switch 5 - Self-holding of malfunction alarm If an automatic reset of the malfunction alarm is not desired, then Sw5 should be set to ON. -
