INSTALATION - CONEXIONS
Before any connection, check that the inverter is turned OFF.
Connect your 24V battery with the « DC INPUT » plugs on the back of your inverter, respecting the
polarities
(cables not provided):
Caution: Firmly tighten the clamps/ the terminals, otherwise there are risks of: no power, abnormal
overheating of the cable, and damages to the supply of the inverter or fire
Connect your 12V battery with the « DC OUTPUT » terminals on the front of your inverter
respecting the polarities (cables not provided) :
- connect the black cable to the negative born of the battery (-),
- connect the red tong to the positive born of the battery (+).
Caution: Firmly tighten the clamps/ the terminals, otherwise there are risks of: no power, abnormal
overheating of the cable, and damages to the supply of the inverter or fire
Turn the Unipower ON. The led turns on as soon as the device is on.
After using the inverter :
- turn the switch OFF
Caution: The metallic parts may be hot. Avoid to grasp it with the hands or to put it next to
inflammable products.
INTEGRATED PROTECTIONS
The Unipower is equipped with thermal protection and electrical protection against overloads as well as
a low voltage and overvoltage protection.
The inverter turns off:
- when the inner temperature of the inverter is too high
- when the consumption of the connected devices is over the nominal power of the inverter
- when the battery voltage is to low or too high.
- when there is an output short-circuit.
