As Invicta Watch Group cannot guarantee the quality standards of an altered timepiece,
the above-mentioned standard 3-year warranty on Invicta items will be invalid. In such
cases, the purchaser has to rely on the seller's warranty.
Invicta timepieces are designed, crafted and tested for superior quality with a long
life expectancy. Should you discover that, despite our rigorous testing, your watch
is not functioning properly during the warranty period or after, simply send it to our
service center. Although our main concern lies in minimizing the time that a watch is in
service, it is important for our clients to understand that every watch sent in for service
is thoroughly inspected for faults in craftsmanship, material damage, movement-
related irregularities, as well as other factors that could have an impact on the overall
appearance and performance of the watch.
