STEP 1.
Remove the contents from box and check for damage. Verify all parts are present. Read instructions com-
pletely before beginning.
STEP 2.
Locate driver side mounting locations on vehicle. Attach mount brackets as shown.
for passenger side. It may be necessary to clean out mounting holes on frame with a 10mm tap.
STEP 3.
Attach driver side step bar to cradles with the
fasteners. Hand tighten.
STEP 4.
Make sure step bar and brackets are properly aligned and tighten fasteners. Recommended torque values are
31 Ft. Lbs. for M10 fasteners and 16 Ft. Lbs. for M8 fastener.
STEP 5.
Repeat installation for opposite side.
FINISH PROTECTION
Westin products have a high quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive automotive wax, (e.g.
Pure Carnauba) on a regular basis. The use of any soap, polish or wax that contains an abrasive is detrimental, as the compounds scratch the finish and open it to
corrosion.
PASO 1.
Retire el contenido de la caja y verifique que ninguna pieza se haya dañado. Verifique que no falte ninguna
pieza. Lea las instrucciones completamente antes de comenzar.
PASO 2.
Identifique los puntos de montaje del lado del conductor del vehículo. Instale los soportes de montaje como se
muestra. D eslice la base de montaje del lado del conductor trasero debajo del cable de freno.

Repita el procedimiento para el lado del acompañante. Tal vez sea necesario hacer orificios de montaje en
la carrocería con un macho de roscar de 10 mm.
PASO 3.
Instale el estribo del lado del conductor sobre la base de modo que el logotipo de
se muestra. Ensamble con la tornillería de M8. Apriete con la mano.
