Fitting kit
- 2 515 BHC screws.
- 2 5 Plastic washers.
Assembly
- Remove the both seats and the rear seat unit.
- Disconnect the indicators, the rear light and remove them.
- Cut the luggage attachment hooks situated under the frame (well grind down the welds).
- Cut the original undertray like on photos.
- Replace the rear seat unit and slide our undertray in this one.
- Fix our undertray thanks to the two furnished screws and washers.
- Connect the light identifying well the two ground electric wires, the two brake lights and the two
sidelights electric wires (each pair of wires is connected on the same furnished male pod).
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we
made with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
- 3 male pods.
- 2 beleved spacers.
* The "Ermax" rear fender and undertray are compatible.
With double round tail lights, Original tyre in 190.
