Q: The device cannot be previewed properly?
A: Please check if the network is normal, it is recommended to reset
the device and add it again.
Q: Why is it still in the list of devices after resetting?
A: The reset operation is to reset the network configuration of the
camera only, which cannot change the configuration on the App.
So you have to remove the camera on the App directly.
Q: How to change the camera network to another router?
A: Please remove the device on the App first, and configure the
device again by the App.
Q: Why does the device cannot identify the MicroSD Card?
A: ① It is recommended to install the MicroSD Card after a power cut.
② Please check if the MicroSD Card can be used in other devices
normally, and the format is FAT32.
③ Please check if the internet status is good, as it will impact on
the identification of the memory card.
Q: Why I can't get the notifications with my cell phone App?
A: First, please make sure the App is running on the phone, and the
relevant detection functions are activated on the app. Second,
activate the message notification and authority confirmation on
the phone setting.
